Training sessions will develop fundamentals and advanced skills, focusing on footwork, specific positions, team play, and game situations. Sessions are available for players ages 14 and up with 3 divisions - Varsity, College and Pro.

Skill Training

Strength Training

8 WEEK SUMMER TRAINING CAMP
Ready to put in the work and take your game to the next level? The First & Gold Summer Training Camp is designed for serious athletes looking to sharpen their skills, improve technique, and prepare for real game-time impact. Over 8 weeks, athletes will train twice a week in a structured, high-intensity program led by experienced coaches and former college players.
SKILL. SPEED. STRENGTH.
Position-Specific Skill Work: Tailored drills and instruction based on your position to enhance technique and football IQ.
Strength & Conditioning: Speed, agility, and explosiveness training to maximize on-field performance.
Combine Testing & Metrics: Track your 40-yard dash, shuttle times, vertical jump, and more with real-time feedback and measurable progress.
Football Fundamentals: Learn the "why" behind the work with breakdowns, technique reviews, and situational awareness.
Dates: June 3 - July 31, 2025 | (No sessions week of July 4th)
Location: Mariner Middle School
Camp Duration: 8 Weeks (2 sessions per week)
Eligible Ages: 14 and up
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday | 6:00pm-8:00pm
Skills Training:
